A wet, slushy snow has taken over most of Southeast Michigan on Wednesday, but the mess isn’t done taking shape.
In Detroit, rain is expected to start Thursday night and continue into the weekend, mixing with snow starting Sunday, Nov. 9. Snow showers also are forecast for Monday, Nov. 10, according to the National Weather Service seven-day forecast.
Starting at midnight, there will be no parking on any city street until the street has been completely cleared.

DETROIT – Bundle up and limit your time outside this morning! Wind chills are in the single digits, and some areas have fallen below zero. Highs this afternoon will be more than 10 degrees below average, in the 20s. With high pressure just west of here, we will likely see some sunshine today. We have an active week ahead.
