At AEW Revolution last year, ‘The Icon’ would compete in his final wrestling match alongside his tag team partner Darby Allin against The Young Bucks. This year, Sting has had a second retirement tour as he finishes off his final convention loop in full Sting makeup. For him, he’s appreciated hearing fans tell him stories while on his final loop.
Sting wishes John Cena the best of luck in his upcoming retirement. Speaking with Going Ringside, the former WCW Champion wished Cena well ahead of his retirement match this coming weekend at Saturday Night’s Main Event, where he’ll take on Gunther.
